Thirty years as a chef. Twenty in concierge and hospitality across multiple countries and cities. And a lifelong obsession with the places, people, and plates that most travelers never find.
I travel for all of it — the food, yes, but also the music that pulls you onto a dance floor at midnight, the art that stops you mid-stride, the hike that leads somewhere the map forgot to name. Lost cities. Wild beaches. Kitchens that have been feeding communities for centuries.
So far, 23 countries. Eight culinary regions. Countless meals that changed the way I see the world.
I built La Bouche Voyageuse because I believe travel — real, immersive, flavor-forward travel — doesn't just broaden your perspective. It deepens your gratitude for the life you already have.
Come curious. I'll handle the rest.
My Philosophy
Travel, at its best, is a transformative act.
I work with clients who feel that pull — toward the unfamiliar, the unscripted, the beautifully unknown. We share a belief that real adventure doesn't just enrich your life. It expands it.
There is something extraordinary about arriving somewhere completely foreign and feeling exhilarated rather than afraid. I think of it as a reset — a shedding of the ordinary and a stepping into something larger than yourself. That experience is available to everyone, whether you travel an hour from home or to the other side of the world. Distance is not the point. Openness is.
When you immerse yourself fully — every sense engaged, every assumption gently challenged — you begin to see the profound commonality between your world and someone else's. That recognition is one of the most quietly powerful things travel offers.
I believe consistent, intentional travel is one of the healthiest choices a person can make. It sharpens confidence. It deepens gratitude. It balances you — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually — in ways that are hard to find anywhere else. It is a belief first, and then a lifetime of beautiful practice.
And what you give matters as much as what you receive. Your time, your curiosity, your kindness — offered genuinely to the people you meet along the way — can be among the most meaningful acts of your entire journey.
Travel isn't just where you go. It's who you become.
Being a Modern Wanderer
You believe and enjoy that life is full of organic seasons and changes. You believe God created the world this way to provide deep relationship with him and what is to come, plus balance on earth. There is wisdom knowing and understanding the past, BUT, to then take that knowledge and use it for today and tomorrows purpose; THIS is the practice of modernizing what was OLD in you, to someone newer and better for the future.
Wandering, praying, relating to people around you...wherever you are. Trusting and believing that tomorrow will be even greater than today.
Modern wandering….. it’s a lifestyle.
